Potatoes Ground Beef Casserole

When I was coming up my mom made this delicious potatoes and ground beef casserole. My eyes lit up every time she made it, so when I first made it for my Wife and daughters they love it, they really look forward to me making it a lot so I now I make it at lease twice a month for my family.
