Ever Increasing Hoa Fees In On Top Of The World Ocala Florida

Greed catches up to people just like it did to Madoff. Avoid moving into on top of the world like the plague because Ken Colen only cares about banking more millions no matter the aggravation anxiety cost turmoil to the residents on top of the world,,,HOA fees constantly hiked up and not by a small amount,but yet Ken Colen is building out homes like crazy,taking in more millions and more on HOA fees from all the additional homes and yet,,,constant HOA fee increases!!! And now Ken Colen is forcing all the residents to use the appfolio app to pay the HOA payments with no other choice except the app,, and he could give a rat’s ass less about the older residents in on top of the world that have no computer experience or smartphone experience or laptop experience or whatever to use this new app compared to something that worked good for decades and now he is going to impose an app on people no matter if they understand it or not he could care less. And Ken Colen built a multi million dollar RV storage lot and storage unit facility up by avalon to take in more money and their again,what do the residents of on top of the world get????increased HOA fees again!!!!!! And let’s not forget that ken colen,president of on top of the world spent 24 million dollars over in calesa building an aquatic center,a 20-30 million dollar plus charter school in calesa,a multi million dollar church,and eventually 5000 homes in calesa,,,and what do the residents of on top of the world get????? Of course sky rocketing HOA fee increases!!!!!!why not,,,,of course!!!! And don’t forget how water and sewer used to be included in the HOA fees,but Ken Colen came along and put in water meters and now charges one of the highest rates around for water!!!!! What a way to screw the residents of on top of the world and stick it to everyone!!!!but,hey,a guy has to do what he has to do to get where he’s at!!!but karma will catch up to Ken Colen just like Madoff And don’t forget about if a resident lives in a land lease residence and Ken Colen owns the outside of the place,,,he makes the resident pay for the roof when it’s times for replacement,,,again,,what a way to screw the residents and stick it to everyone!!!!! And then Ken Colen took away a manned gate system for security and put in an electronic gate system,that’s not manned and the he jacked up the HOA fees by a a crazy high amount!!!!!now doesn’t that make a lot of sense!!!!! A lot of people hate on top of the world for the constant HOA fee increases and are selling their homes and getting out of the community,because they are sick and tired of Ken colen’s antics and ramming things down peoples throats!!!!!!they are sick and tired of Ken colen’s gr__________d!!!!!!! Look for a different community to move into and save your money and your budget!!!their are plenty of 55 plus communities with lower fees and great amenities to move into!!!! People are selling in here like crazy and getting out of dodge,,away from the gr————d So do yourself a favor and don’t move into on top of the world!!!!!!! Also,find a community that is open to everyone to use all areas of a development —not like on top of the world that that is not a one for all place!!!!! And hey of course Ken Colen built homes out the yin yang in on top of the world like there is no tomorrow but hey there again what did residents of on top of the world get, hiked up constant HOA fee increases,, never is a problem building out more homes is there,,, Yeah Ken Colen has no problem whatsoever building out homes in on top of the world out the yin yang and yet there again what the residents get in on top of the world nothing but escalating exploding HOA fees constantly,, and no problem forking out 3 million dollars for 40 acres off of 80th for another 233 home community in 2023,,, but what do the residents of on top of the world get????? jacked up HOA fees of course,,,and their’s never a problem with the budget for Ken Colen to build and build and build and build homes like their’s no tomorrow!!!!but,,hey,,Ken Colen just has to constantly jack up those HOA fees!!!! And the water,golf,storage unit,fees,land lease fee,,you name it,,,Ken Colen will jack it up!!!and if their isn’t a fee for something yet,,,don’t worry,their will be one!!!!!don’t move into on top of the world,,,find a way cheaper community!!!! And let’s not forget the millions and millions of dollars that ken colen takes in yearly from the residents of on top of the world for the land lease payments!!!!!! Yeah never was a problem for Ken Colen to build out hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of homes in longleaf,, Avalon,, calesa township,, and now 247 More leasehold homes in the Balfour new community with more land lease payments for Ken Colen to take in,, more HOA fees taken in,, More money made from the sale of the homes in Balfour and yet all he does is raise up the HOA fees in on top of the world,,,, yep no matter how many homes Ken Colen builds it will never be enough no matter how much HOA money he takes in,,, greeeeeeed
