I work with owners and property managers of older multifamily properties who may be exploring future options — whether that’s stabilization, transition, or simply having a conversation about what’s next. My focus is on workforce multifamily that may not be fully renovated or institutionally managed. I’m especially open to situations involving long-term ownership, deferred maintenance, operational inefficiencies, or properties that are not currently a fit for traditional financing. This is not a mass outreach and not a pressure situation.
